This advert does not seem to connect to its audience at all, if offers little to no information about the service that is offered, you don't know what you win which is one of the fundamentals of bingo. A main point in why this advert is bad is why do they feel they need to include mimes, in no way does it associate with the product being offered and just leaves the viewer feeling confused, you really have to watch the advert a few times to try and even understand the point of the advert, which still isn't completely clear. Overall it is a poor advert and was always destined for failure.
