It would be assumed that the advert would be aimed at a male audience as it is titled "I am the suit" which runs alongside "I am the dress" but it is difficult to identify the audience they have targeted as we see such a range of characters. They have also abandoned the font we associate with the brand from their logo. The above points and the focus on constructing an edgy aesthetically pleasing advert has resulted in creating an advert that could be said to be ineffective.
