pizza hut takeaway advert

This advert has left me confused and a little freaked out. The only message I can think of that Pizza Hut is trying to convey about their brand is "Pizza Hut takeaway is irresponsible". Does anyone think this advert is effective? Any ideas on what they were thinking when they made this?
